Visited MTN Clearwater on 13Feb to inquire abt an update that weam due for on 1Apr. Presently on Procall 300 package and desired to limit to a different bundle. Woman who served us named MTN HO & I had been informed that I wld need to spend in R2K for that limit or keep existing deal. We instantly terminated the enquiry available simply to discover 14 days later the agreement was subjected to whenever we named to provide notice to stop.
We were subsequently advised the agreement just leads to 2012 once we simply improved to some Rim. We never closed any agreement and we most definitely didnt get a telephone. We have been fighting with call-centre brokers this entire week & their only reaction, they cant help people. We've been known back again to the Clearwater mall, when we attempt to contact there we instantly get used in a call-centre & we are obtaining the run-around. Why wld we accept spend in R2k when our agreement ends 142010. I believe it's crazy that Mtn may do a on our account after which state they cant correct it. I'd like this issue resolved and so I may interface my number. If this really is support at its greatest then I weep for future years. Change year * mantra, this isn't AYOBA.
