Fonality support is completely terribile. We regularly have fallen calls, poor phone quality, along with other phone problems. We've recorded a large number of assistance demands but have experienced no quality. Furthermore, their phone host falls constantly. One or more times per week, the fonality host on the conclusion failures and it is unavailable all night at the same time. Each time we contact assistance, they declare it's a "recognized problem" and that's it. Your telephones are extremely very important to our company which isn't something anybody should use.
Lately, we've chose to reduce our deficits and decided on a new telephone supplier. During the last 3 months, we've logged-over 100 calls to try to move the toll-free numbers we operate our company from towards the new supplier. Fonality will not move these figures, producing a variety of reasons. Within our inspections, the brand new telephone supplier has let's realize that fonality doesnt really do any toll-free support, but outsources it to a different organization. This additional organization hasn't been compensated by fonality and certainly will not release figures. It appears as though they're losing sight of company and really should not be properly used by anybody. Fonality is completely horrible and that I wish no body actually employs them for almost any essential telephone support.
