I was looking for a phone service for my small business and spoke to Fonality. We used a softphone on our computers and they seemed to be a great fit. After talking to the sales rep he assured me that I would be able to cancel the contract at anytime with a 30 day notice if I was unhappy with the services for any reason.
After using their services and having numerous complaints I called in to cancel. I was told that i was not allowed to cancel the service because I was only allowed to cancel in the first 30 days... Not cancel anytime I wanted.
Under no circumstances should anybody ever use this company. They will lie to close a deal. Use any other company for phone services.
