We've a bunch of our telephones heading out within our rural "community". We recently activated for this service for DSL and home support, we're today on our fifth fix phone with service people declaring it's mounted also it is out again, each time. Whenever we call again they behave like there's nothing they could realize that is incorrect, even if they've established it's not working which there's nothing they could do and we're sick and tired of it. That is their job to repair it... This is exactly what we've taken care of. It's their line rather than in the home. We've finally talked to your boss. If it doesn't function what can we do next???
