For quite some time in Nj I'd Embarq/Millennium Link. I settled my statement each month promptly. I shifted outofstate and terminated my consideration in December.
I've gotten a statement from Millennium Link each and every month. I no further speak with support, I recommend them to obtain a supervisor, then that individual's supervisor. I've noticed "it's really a glitch within the program" to " I actually donot understand why it can not be set" to "we-don't resolve that internally, which organization needs to resolve it".
Today I informed support I am done. I recommended them I am calling the Greater Business Office, and I needed a title and tackle to deliver a written criticism within Millennium Link. I had been informed the support tackle, and that I doubt that will assist.
I did so a Goggle research which site got up. I'll proceed to find sites where I'll place my criticism written down.
