NEVERTHELESS... After today I'm so ashamed with this particular organization...
I called and waited 49 minutes, called again waited 23 minutes, waited for 5 minutes and was strangely disconnected, waited 32 minutes, waited 10 and was disconnected... ATLEAST TWO HOURS TO THE PHONE...
After I ULTIMATELY achieved somebody I had been really ethical and sensible explaining what happened. She didn't recognize something I stated and was rude in wondering basically desired support or not. I requested to consult with a boss and he or she said good, go right ahead and delay about the point again, and hung-up on me. The following person I talked with required my charge card info and hung-up on me aswell, without reactivating my telephone or receiving me a telephone number of somebody I really could consult with about that criticism. When I sort this I'm waiting on store, at 14 units and counting, since my telephone continues to be not on. Although this occurs, anyone who attempts to contact me at this time is refused and that I seem like I can not spend my statement, after I am really prepared and prepared to, but cant cope with towards the reps.
