The toughest customer support!

10-3-06 3:20p I named horsepower (800-474-6836) and after many attempts receiving through about the annoying automatic solution support, I eventually achieved a person service broker. I stated, "I've an issue with my allinone, and that I wondered who I really could talk to about that paper jam." The individual questioned me to hold back and requested for my telephone number. 3 minutes he requested another issue. I waited moments more and gave him the clear answer. He questioned what type of item it had been, and that I told him. After many more moments, another issue was then requested by him. Many moments more, he requested was perhaps a printer or it a notebook.

Annoyed By today, I tersely responded that it had been an allinone printer. Many moments later he requested for my telephone number. I stated, "for That second-time, it's..." By this time I became really upset. I'd been about the telephone for him, mainly waiting for roughly fifteen minutes to consult me another issue. I called back, angry, demaning the broker who responded the telephone look for a manager immediately. As though it was not bad enough that I purchased a fresh item that was defective and got a used one in substitution for more income, after awaiting some time to obtain the best item delivered to me, today they needed more money from me despite the fact that I'd been already through so much hassel. I made through all my documents till I eventually discovered the organization quantity and hung-up on Satia.

I've been taking a look at additional models, just like a Lexmark, to displace that one. I actually donot wish to cope with HP products anymore following this.
