Customer service reps won't listen to customers

After investing in a PolyCom 335 IP telephone and getting it within an ideal period of time, I popped the container to learn that there's no power.

That Is somewhat annoying, but I had been sure I ignored some notice when purchasing the telephone did not have one and that I had a need to purchase it individually.

I called to obtain that IPPhone-Factory create a greater work to see their clients that the required component may be required.

Herein lies the issue.

The very first CS repetition, Tyler, place me on-hold and after about 10 moments, disconnected my phone. I called back and talked with Becky who advised me that Tyler had quit his table to get a second *and* was on another phone. Clearly false, since you can not be on another phone if you have quit your table. I pushed her with this stage and he or she subsequently stated that Tyler had left for meal. Right.

And So I asked if her organization might make a far more serious attempt to see their clients that the important component may be required. She stated there is nothing they might do, but I really could purchase a $5 power for $16.99 plus $10 delivery. (works out it's just $11.99 plus $10 delivery, however the price isn't the problem anyway).

I pushed her again about attempting to perform a greater work telling their clients when an important component was required and he or she stated they might not discount the energy source.

Again, we are not speaking. I mentioned nothing about any discount and informed her - point-blank - again that I had been worried about customer support, not price.

She put me on-hold and returned to see me that, after examining involved with it, there is nothing they might do to discount the energy source.

Maddening

I asked Becky who she requested and he or she mentioned it had been her supervisor. And so I requested to consult with said supervisor.

"Number. I will consider your contact info and also have them contact you back."

Arrrrrgghhhhhh

I'm attempting to assist these folks enhance their customer support plus they provide me the brick wall run around
