Purchased telephone April 19. Attempted to include units, could not. Needed to demand them to include moments and experienced lengthy process. The next time to include moments, could not. Called again and needed to undergo lengthy process again. Did this everytime to include units. Since day-one, got telephone calls from businesses throughout US. Complained about this. NEVER did Tracfone wish to trade or substitute telephone (understood there is an issue). Works out, Tracfone offers refurbished telephones.info from AGED support was never removed. Therefore tracfone was never authorized under my title even if i "allegedly" listed it after I purchased (tracfone cannot change info). Therefore after a few months, or after warrenty, tracfone allegedly disconnects telephone. Well, I had been nevertheless in a position to utilize it but kept needing to call-in for moments to be included. Allegedly, they actually delivered me A BRAND NEW telephone. It visited AGED authorized person, who tracfone had outlined, since I never got telephone despite the fact that they kept saying I did so. AND TODAY, ALL A, THEY ARE ABLE TO substitute the telephone, that I requested them to complete a few months before when still under warrenty. I told them to deliver me the dang phone. It's minimal I will get free from them. I've a sledgehammer waiting to break the crap when it turns up since I'll NEVER USE OR TRUST Tracfone again!!! Has ANYBODY actually approached tracfone and spoke to somebody it is possible to understand??? Distribute the term NEVER TO use or cope with tracfone ACTUALLY!!!
