Requested a mobile phone, obtained it, named to trigger it. Was informed by Verizon that it was a stolen telephone plus they wouldn't trigger it. Named Allthatcellular plus they explained try again. Tried again. Same response... Not initiating a stolen telephone. Allthatcellular said okay send it back and we shall deliver another inside itis location. But, they didn't possess the same one in-stock plus they weren't likely to protect delivery for me personally to ship back. Therefore, I'd to have a reduced worth telephone and spend to truly have the stolen one delivered back. I settled show delivery about the first telephone since I desired it for that weekend plus they wouldn't deliver me the alternative telephone overnight to obtain it over time. Really unprofessional, I paid additional for quicker support, did not have it, I taken care of a telephone which was less useful ultimately, and that I settled to deliver a telephone back which was not really my problem!!! Whoa. I've all my e-mail paperwork for that discussion with this specific organization to verify my allegations.
