Jitterbug/Greatcall promises to truly have a large protection region simply because they have support contracts with all of the main mobile companies, including ATT. Our choice to purchase the telephone was centered on these statements. I also purchased a great deal of airtime minutes before I came across that my Jitterbug telephone would not work-in an ATT support region where I invest six months of the entire year. The majority of these moments ended since I have could not utilize them. I called Jitterbug to protest that I purchased to their support due to their ATT protection region statements and desired my cash back. The owner explained they did not assure protection and wouldn't return my cash for that all of the airtime I really couldnot use. That's not just misleading marketing, however it is poor customer support!
