I bought this telephone over 3 months before and also have invested additional time speaking with the useless Customer Support Division because the the payment continues to be wrong month after month. The repetitions keep providing me another justification. The support protection is horrible! Our telephone operates outside but doesn't work on my home. I believed the telephone could be ideal for my mom — however the organization appears to be more of the fraud then other things. Our vote: opt for OTHER PEOPLE.
