Ripping me off for an extra month's fee

On January 11, I purchased a Jitterbug telephone for my buddy who's completely hospitalized like a near quadriplegic. He's also indigent, with Medicaid getting all-but $35 from his Social Protection as co pay for his treatment. He also offers two motherless adolescent kids.

I used more than an hour or so having a Jitterbug consultant obtaining the telephone triggered. I taken care of the telephone ($90 or so), the service charge ($60 or so) along with a month’s value of moments ($30 or so).

Five days later a reckless orderly delivered the telephone combined with the applied bedsheets to some washing in Florida, and that was that. I called Jitterbug instantly and ended the support.

Per month later I obtained a statement to get a minute month’s value of moments. Jitterbug’s place is the fact that their payment month starts about the 12th of the month, five hours before I purchased the telephone and taken care of a month’s support. Why, I requested, didn’t their consultant advise me of the truth that after 5 hours I had been likely to need to purchase another month? Well, the moments roll-over, they state, therefore it’s no problem. Easily desired 600 minutes, I-say, I'd have purchased 600 minutes.

My buddy had the telephone for 10 times and utilized, perhaps, 20 units of air-time. But $180 isn’t enough for Jitterbug. They’ve attended a group company due to their poor $32. To get a year today they've been bothering a quadriplegic whose revenue for $35 per month. Good organization.
