I named to stop my dadis Jitterbug support on June 30th. They stated they'd need to consult with him. He's 89 yrs old, has already established a swing that makes it problematic for him to talk, and it is difficult of reading. I acquired him about the telephone to confirm the stop. Jitterbug representative stated they'd gather the ultimate cost. September 3rd a cost was gathered, on the other hand on August 3rd. Main kicker: We discovered a brand new telephone for my dad with AT&T and had that new telephone shipped to my cousin's home in another condition. Although we were on holiday there, I had been getting recurring phone calls from Jitterbug till they ultimately quit one voicemail saying these were calling by having an offer or perhaps a "free-phone"... Formerly they'd stated a brand new phone might charge $125.00 The bill from Jitterbug that came on August 3rd found my home with my cousin's name onto it in the place of mine... How did they get her title? Did they've use of the truth that my father had transferred to AT&T? Really unusual. Our primary criticism is the fact that they'd not matter the credit. Lesson learned: Do all cancellations written down.
