I've nearby, long-distance & Worldwide support with Excel Communications. I documented my issue on Friday, June 6 that I'm not able to contact long-distance on my telephone. Every time I'm used in repair-service, somebody occurs the telephone and recognizes themselves and that I am placed on store then your phone-line goes dead. I'm spending money on something I'm not able to use. The corporation is deplorable.
