Prepaid Service balance not transferred from Alltel

On 7/2 I activated a non-contract, personally owned, cell phone with Alltel's prepaid service with total charges of $140.00 with the assurance that when Alltel and Verizon merged that my balance would transfer and that the $100 payment (the other $40 was an activation fee) for future minutes included in that amount would not expire for one year.

Upon transfer of the consideration to Verizon no stability was moved by Alltel, despite significantly less than 20 units of period getting used, based on Verizon. Alltel states that the stability was moved and they CAn't access my documents as Verizon has become the only owner of the consideration.

I used over an hour or so about the telephone with Verizon today. Originally talking to "Brandon" within the Verizon prepaid call-center, who couldn't solve and who provided no more help I required to become used in a boss. As time passes I eventually talked having a boss, "Porsche, " within the Verizon prepaid Atlanta call-center within an try to solve. She couldn't solve my issue and informed me "this isn't a 'recognized problem,' informed me there is nothing anybody might do and quickly hung-up on me! Obviously she was very rude.

And So I am out $140, without any prepaid telephone support despite making cost in good faith.
