Servcie was bad, dropped calls no phone for hours everyday... Tried to get tech support and was promised an actual tech to come to my home and never even got a call back... Calledto cancel and sicne they did not resolve my problems and it was over 30 days i was billed $114 disconnect and they took ti straight out of my bank accoutn withou my permission since that is how i was billed monthly... Oh and the bill went up over $2 each billing for two months
