Our simulator enrollment has failed due to r company mistake. My mob no. Is9501542633. I had contacted to r airtel treatment service where they're challenging 50 rupees for dublicate simulator but my question is just why i ought to pay this amount since actually simulator is by using me in sound situation i'm not able to understsnd why it failed. Even your airtell center had didn't give me reason it's failed he just explained that it's so due to some technical error.
