False billing and failure to give back the money

I am writing this report after the following things happened after regisetring with Airtel Call home facility that they advertise so much.

I have an account with airtel call home. I have been using that for 6 months or so. Recently when I tried to register with a certain amount after 6 months it provided no confirmation number hoping that my registration has failed I tried to reregister and could find out twice the amount i require have been deducted from my account. Immediately i called them (cutomer support) to revert the extra amount. They acted also immediately reverted back one amount and my case was solved.

However soon i could find that the remaining amount which should have been in my account (airtel) after registration has also been deducted. Now I am repeatedly calling them to get back the amount to my airtel account or to my bank account though i preferred the former that is what i told the customer support. However till date there has been no action and it seems the company is keeping my money with them.

I tried to mail them even however except one time I got only forwarded mail of what i have written from airtel personel without ay help mails written. There has been two proactive calls which i could not attend as it came around day time when i was very busy other than that there has been no calls to solve this and it seems there is deadlock situation now. Last call which I made to cutomer support asked me to wait till wednesday (16th july 08). I hope this time it should be solved but till date there has been no mail confirming the same.
