Our encounter with AT&T is among the toughest activities I Have had when coping with something company.
I've their 1.5mbps dsl support at the office that will be something which I take advantage of for lighting checking to make online purchases as well as for amusement. ATT: "Hello, might you prefer to update your support to 6.0mbps free for cost for that next 3 months?"

ATT: "6.0mbps may do wonders for the business"
ME: "No thanks, Iam sorry but Iam active at this time, possess a good day!"
ATT: "Sir might you confirm again that you do need the upgrad..."
*CLICK* (I hang up the phone)
They named my company actually twice each day for just two months and also the calls got increasingly more frustrating and intense to the stage where I quit being polite.
Then I got a contact...
ATT: That Is your confirmation mail saying that you simply have improved towards the 6.0mbps support. Blah blah blah...
(Subsequently in fine-print: "normal costs do utilize once the promotional 3 months have handed please contact customer support should you desire to opt-out of our marketing)
I take a look at my previous expenses to ensure they did not draw additional bullshit methods out-of their bottoms, and that I discover why my statement was greater recent weeks. They'd improved me to 3.0 from 1.5 without my permission or any notices. I named them to face this and also the first consultant was extremely polite.

ME: "Yes, but my support was improved from 1.5 to 3.0"
REP3: "No, you've been on the 3.0"
ME: "No, I've been on 1.5 since forever"
REP3: "I'm not viewing it"
ME: "Can I speak to your supervisor?"
*CLICK* I get hung-up on...
Their customer support is terrible and they'll do sly items to grab money from you.
You need to avoid signing a together when possible.
Incidentally, I Have completed pace checks numerous occasions after I got my 6.0 "free update" and my download rate hasn't realized 2.0mbps... That will be just like after I was applying my 1.5...
Yes AT&T is just a scam
