Because windstream purchased valor (our prior supplier), email support continues to be on the continuous decrease. From Sept. May, my communications to 1 receiver grew to become plugged once in awhile. From March, all communications were plugged. After several calls to windstream technicians, all I acquired was that some spammer was utilizing their ISP, that it'd to visit Australia (?!) to be fixed, blah, blah, blah. I had been continual, and earlier this month, March, a technology really recommended that I start a-g-mail account. Why must I need to alter my email address, advise my readers, alter all my ebay, company accounts SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY can't give a support? I've approached the Customer Protection Agency and also have completed a criticism. If this won't get it done, I am not stopping there.
