I purchased three gowns on Ideeli greater than a month before and chose to return all three of these since not one of them match. Following a couple of days, I obtained a contact stating they obtained two items and released me return for all those two products. I had been really puzzled since I delivered back all three products in one bundle however they stated they just acquired two. And so I approached customer support and also the consultant explained they DID obtain that next product and you will be giving THE EXTRA reimbursement within 7-10 days. Subsequently greater than a week handed and that I did not notice something back from their website. And so I approached customer support again which period they explained they never obtained the 3rd product. Next we'd over 10 e-mail discussions backwards and forwards discussing the way the customer support may inform the client they obtained it in the beginning after which inform the client they never received it. All I acquired was exactly the same solution (that seems like a ripped and pasted one) where they claimed sorry blah blah blah and we shall keep in touch with advantages about that problem. What exactly am I designed to do??? Simply wait below and allow them say whatever they would like to state??? If Ideeli was the celebration that dropped my product, I've no to protest/get my reimbursement back but to allow them consider the cash from me??? I've lost so enough time and power with this. And that I declare I'll never buy on Ideeli AGAIN!
