Terrible experience

I'm just like a large amount of you on within the regard that I've invested the final 3wks. Heading round and round using the worse customer support department. Of any organization I've actually handled. I'd difficulties with a refund that I'd not obtained because the end-of Jan. 08 for $100. I also was billed to reactivation costs for 2 telephones to get a mis communications problem between depts. They actually admitted to doing. All of the price. Support representatives. Therefore-called professionals. Were the most rude and ridiculous people I've previously experienced. I created numerous efforts to request their help however they did not care and stated there's nothing they are able to do to assist me out of course if I stop I'd be billed $150 for early termination. After scanning this panel my encounter appeared all-too common. I did so some study and situated the businesses "Headquarters". Lastly after obtaining the telephone number I had been ready to obtain a "good, pleasant, and patient" person. I requested to talk to the Leader's assistant. I had been instantly assisted with a woman called Sharon. She was SOOOO useful. She instantly acknowledged my consideration the $100 for that discounts and credit me the two re connect costs. I just needed to clarify the problem onetime and he or she never asked me or my ethics. I applaud her on her professionalism and help. The cust. Support department. Can and wants some classes from Sharon. This is actually the corporate quantity if other people gets the run-around like me. 404-236-* and have to talk to the Presidents assistant.
