On Dec 7 we stopped our support with WildBlue Communications. We were informed that their could be no extra costs to the consideration. Soon after we were billed $49.95 to the consideration. On Jan 16, WildBlue charged $214.62 to the consideration (bank card).in doing this, it triggered a facility at our lender. Consequently, our lender billed us costs within the amt of $50.00. Being on impairment, that actually hurt us. We were fundamentally re inversed for that $214.46 less the lender charges. We have created numerous calls for their billing office. Every time we were informed that there is an error in payment and our consideration could be acknowledged. They've yet to do this! WildBlue indicates deplorable treatment toward this problem along with a heavy insufficient regard for that issues and tension this has caused us. It's my wish this in getting all of this to lighting, it'll assist in preventing others from needing to be susceptible to what we experienced!!!
