Wrong service agreements

1. I requested my wireless support via web, when contacting about my accout, no body desired to assist me or might answer some of my concerns. Probably the most concerning was praising the bundle quantity decided to via web.

2. Formerly before obtaining wireless service, I'd dial-up, I stopped this service after I decided to instant, but 2 weeks later I still am creating telephone calls since I'm finding billed for call up and wireless service!

3. Originally after I had dial-up I had been getting my claims online. Nevertheless when siging up for instant I requested to stop this and get a document declaration. I simply rec'd my first declaration February 10th and also the statement was due Feb. 8th. The way the heck do they anticipate the statement to obtain compensated from the deadline easily cannot get the declaration in a regular way!!?

4. I've invested many, many, many. Several hours about the telephone with numerous "Customer Support Representatives" who appear to believe I am the thick one! I get moved often in virtually any one conversation producing to get a lengthy, annoying telephone discussion. At that time of the posting I still don't have my consideration looked after. I can not get anybody about the telephone that knows my consideration and look after issues in a regular way also it requires many times to obtain a contact reply, if any.

I'm really dissatisfied within the support that I've obtained and that I am contemplating appropriate activity if this criticism does not guarantee the outcomes I'm after. I'd like some reprimand or motion to create Verizon step-up and look after their clients in the place of moving the dollar since none of the "customer support representatives" number the things they are doing!!! The team that I've needed to cope with are incredibly rude and arrogant causeing the scenario much more frustrating. I'd just like a reaction ASAP, when I have now been coping with this annoying scenario since signing with Verizon Wireless, around. 2 weeks.
