Bought a-trac fon on 9-1-09 with 2 hr of minutes, walked out of the store tried to call home also it would'nt work. Required it back again to the shop they attempted to get a day-to make it work. Without any luck. They returned my cash for that telephone although not about the moments. I had been informed that telephone isnt an excellent one the worker should not have offered me this 1!!! Then why did he??? Personally I think this really is there obligation to create it right with me. Where do I visit obtain a reimbursement on my moments? Exactly what a rip-off!!! I don't return to radio shack...
