I formerly had Comcast cable support so when I obtained a notice from Comcast regarding a rise in cost because of its providers, I began to consider the opposition. I selected AT&T just because a brochure mentioned U Verse, the stations which were accessible, and also the "benefits" which were available for selecting various degrees of support.

I chose to check-out their choices online even though online there is a chance to talk to somebody from AT&T. I mentioned the modifications I had been considering (Uverse, web, and phone) and he or she explained since I had been selecting a particular degree of Uverse support (the 200 bundle) probably the most she can offer was a $100 prize. They stated that my support was mounted on July 30 and since I have've just had the support to get a handful of months, used to do not yet qualify. I told them that my support was really mounted June 13 and that I might supply the copy to exhibit that day if necessary. They stated that they'd consider it and provide me a phone. Well, they did not contact however they delivered a postcard stating I had been ineligible for that incentive. And so I named again and was informed they might consider it which I ought to get a telephone call back. This time around they quit a note on my telephone stating I had been ineligible. The thing is that neither period did they clarify why I had been ineligible so when I talked to some customer support consultant, they might not inform me why I had been ineligible.

Therefore, I named again and was informed they might approach 2 individual $100 funds since one worker couldn't approach equally. Gheeez. Two nights before I get another concept on my telephone stating that I'm ineligible for that benefits. The one thing REACHES&T hasn't explained why. After I contact they simply tell me they have with an "analysis" to appear engrossed. Hmmmm. I changed my web, wire, and house telephone to new AT&T providers and that I did anything the initial customer support individual requested to ensure that I'd qualify for the benefits.

I'm tricked and am totally embarrassed using the insufficient customer support and also the flat-out laying from the AT&T reps that lure one to change for their support after which don't follow-through on the guarantees. Again, I Have preserved the talk and perhaps I must deliver that towards the boss to determine if that gets me everywhere.
