This evaluation relates to long-distance collect calls from Al created through Zero Plus Calling, Inc.

I approved 3 requires an overall total of 32 moments and my statement totalled $148.70. Contained in each call is just a cost for "National Universal Service Account" @ $3.50 for every 6-minute call (I'd 2 6-minute calls) and $6.76 to get a 20-minute phone. Additionally, for every phone there's a payment for "USF Provider Administrative Charge" @ $3.50 for that 3 calls. I had been informed these are regulatory costs. If the corporation is controlled then why are they permitted to cost such rediculous prices?

After I talked towards the customer support division, including a supervisor I had been informed an adjustment of $37.48 could be designed to my statement. This statement continues to be extreme
