Was informed by Telemarketer I had been speaking with an AT&T consultant.

Was subsequently informed since several clients were departing AT&T to maneuver to Internet-Phone support that AT&T was operating proactively to lessen current clients expenses. I had been informed my regular long-distance bill might proceed from $50 monthly to $24.95.

I did so accept create the change, and was documented, however the new strategy required me in the AT&T price of $50.00 monthly towards the USBI price of $124.00.

I had been lied to regarding who I had been speaking with,

I had been lied to concerning the strategy I'd obtain, and

Was Laughed at from the customer support representative after I requested to talk to a boss, he explained they'd my saving therefore spend the statement.
