I am a "Gold Rewards" prepaid customer. Therefore, I am entitled to "15% more minutes" on any "T-Mobile refill card" I purchase. However, when you purchase the card it is stated as a dollar ($) value, e.G. $50 rather than identifying the number of minutes being purchased. On July 30 I purchased a card for $50 and received 500 minutes. On December 7 I purchased a $50 card and received 460 minutes.
I have spent hours on the phone and with emails attempting to get an explanation of the difference in the minutes with which I was credited for the same amount of money. The information I receive is totally unresponsive and frequently borders on the incomprehensible.
Given its incompetent customer service and its deceptive way of doing business, I strongly suggest that anyone considering using T-Mobile carefully reconsider that person's decision.
