Don't let t mobile to simply accept any funds off your debit or credit card which is just why... On Friday 03/09 I approached T Mobile via the 800-number. I approved a person support representative from the title of Ashtin to withdraw a cost of $300 towards my moms mobile phone bill. Ashtin approved my cost despite the fact that I'm not approved about the consideration. She put me on-hold and returned to confirm the $300 cost have been published to my moms consideration. It was at4:16pm. At 5:47pm I had been approached by my lender of abnormal exercise. Ashtin went my card 3 separate occasions publishing complete funds of $600. I called back and talked having a customer support representative from the title of Kim. At first she was stating she could not do something about this since I had beennot a certified person about the consideration. After battling to obtain touching my mom She guaranteed the change of the cost back to my consideration also encouraging the reimbursement will require only one - 3 times. Nowadays may be the 3rd evening and that I still don't have any reimbursement. I'd to obtain a certified person to call-back and find out when the reimbursement was finished. She was informed the reimbursement could be finished on tomorrow and its own 1-3 business days. Which I had been not advised of this. I'm likely to my lender very first thing each morning to document a challenge form.
