11/08 my partner desired to get Immediate TV... Plus they just way we're able to was we'd to obtain home telephone support through Qwest. After getting the Primary TV man below to discover we could not possess the support I named and terminated Qwest. No issues. After I obtained the statement, I settled it online 11/4. Two nights later, they got another cost out-of my bill 11/6.

After I called they explained they'd deliver me a check. I have been calling every handful of months since that time and all-they might inform me was they sent a check, it is within the email, blah blah blah. Then today I contact plus they inform me the very first check was banked 11/28 plus they will not be giving me another. Does not matter that it was not me who cashed it... They declined to provide my cash back. So that they virtually took money from me. I have documented them towards the BBB and am going to document a challenge through my lender

To obtain my cash back somehow.

It was the final straw... I'll NEVER ACTUALLY have Qwest even when they truly are the final telephone business on the planet... I will move phoneless!

Not just did they grab $35.13 from me however the $20 charge I had been billed once they overdrafted my bill.
