In-going through previous copies (and existing month) of my ATT statement, I came across I'm being charged normally $30.31 by Complete Increased Services Payment Inc., a business I've never heard about and do-no company with.in my own discussions with ATT today, I had been informed I ought to contact the organization straight — which does no-good.

I'm amazed, and annoyed.
