I was promised a $240 rebate for moving all my telecommunications to ATT. To date I have received $40 but no $200. I have called and been left on hold for long periods and then disconnected.
I have tried web site and am unable to get through.
Would really like to know what gives. Am lifetime customer of ATT's and really don't like being misled
My time is vaulable an I have already invested hours trying to get my personal business straight.
Would like a response. Wm T Sherman
