Never shows up. Three times this month, failed to show up. This was same result in Spring when I first switched to Verizon. What a mistake!!! The company's record of not answering phones, lying to customers, and sucky performance shows why they should be fined by the US Attorney General, and Consumer Affairs. Unfortunately, they heavily contribute in NJ to the Democratic party. They need not perform and pretty much set rates as they please. No one is minding the store and the Corporate offices do not reply to repeated calls for assistance. There seems to be no one that cares here and anyone that is considering their service should beware of what they are in for.
