I had my landline telephone # changed 6 months ago. Big Mistake! I have been recieving collection calls from Verizon approx. 6 months, eight times a day. As I am typing this complaint a call is coming in from Weehawken, NJ 201-210-5681. This morning Tacoma, WA 253-382-9031 as well as Phoenix, AZ. 602-814-0477. I will probably get at least four more calls before the night is over.
I have called their customer service many times. I explain I am not a latino male and I do not owe Verizon over $300.00. I was told several times they {verizon} will take care of this problem. They didn't. I wrote thei customer service offices in New Mexico and explained what was happening to me. Nothing as of January 18 has happened. I want these calls to stop before I go crazy! Can anyone help me or tell what I can do? As you have read I get collection calls from all over the US. At times Verizon will go into a Frenzy! I will get calls at 1:15,1:16,1:17 and so on. My blood pressure is high and I am suffering from bad headaches.
