Non availability of service in USA

I'm visiting my buddy within US for a long time period and that I puchased worldwide running for that above two mobile phones (9810012847 and 9818404447) in NOIDA, India. Nevertheless both these to do not function, the display claims " support unavailable " Please examine and recover the support the moment possible.
