Have experienced Timewarner Integrated T 1 support for the retail/wholesale food organization for a long time with no issues; was approached by ATT Win-Back and informed I really could obtain the same-level of support for $200/month cheaper by changing to ATT. While our T1 point was drawn by ATT, we dropped access to the internet for just one week (required that really miss ATT to deliver something individual out); dropped our fax collections to get a handful of days, dropped our City Brand support (unlimited calling towards the DFW metroplex; ATT evidently doesn't provide that support hence it's today an extended length cost); dropped our voice-mail program; dropped our shopping or roll-over outlines (fixed in 2 days) AND ALSO THE BIGGEST PROBLEM STILL NOT FIXED - dropped our capability to approach bank cards (completed in past about the extremely fast T1) due to now having only dial-up entry. ATT options - only 5 more traces at a price of $45 each; enables see today it seems we're within the $200 monthly savings
