I have 2 lines for my daughters with t-mobile with a flexible plan that i pay in advance for the monthly service, on august 4th, my daughter lost her phone at night time the following morning i call to stop the service and claim a new phone since i've been paying insurance on the lost phone, they told me that i had to pay a deductible of $40, which i was upset but ok, i would get back with my claim once i had extra money, they said that those minutes can be transferred to my other line, which never got transferred and the service got disconnected once the due date came, i call to check what had happened and nothing got done, so to restore the service of the working line i must pay the monthly payment for the 2 lines even if one line is not working i couldnt believe it thats a rip off, i was so upset... I stop the service because the representative nor the superviser were able to help me, they were just not open to any kind of arrengement, and rude at the same time...
