I have been waiting since March for a $5.31 credit to be posted to my local AT & T invoice. I have made at least 6 calls to Customer service, including talking to a supervisor. They have called me back with a message that I will be receiving my credit within one or two billing cycles. The phone message says that you should receive the credit within ten - twelve business days. These guys are snakes!!! And now I can't conveniently get through their telephone lines. My next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau. All they do is give you the run-around.
