I ordered the MJ for the receive the free trial on 5/23. A free trial I did not receive my card was charged $50.85 this charge was not pending it is complete. I contacted MJ and their response was "your bank is incorrect we do not charge your account until the free trial period ends" I do know how to read a bank statement, it throw up a red flag. I still wanted to try the system even with the charge concern, I felt this is the answer to high phone bills from my greedy phone company. 4 days ago I was talking on the phone and the line went dead I thought NY server went down it was fine. Before I contacted MJ I tried some processes I know to restore the system nothing. I contacted JM and spoke no Chatted with 8 different reps, reformatted my drive, downloaded an "upgrade", unplugged the unit, restarted the unit, restarted my computer, in total of 21 times and not one of them knew how to fix and could what was wrong with the unit. I asked for a refund and got the run for 2 days, had to call my bank and stop payment. I my opinion the Magic Jack I a whole lot of hype and no show. Consumer Beware.
