Roll over minutes

Yesterday 7/8/08 I called AT&T to change my cell phone calling plan because my husband and I are not using all of our 1400 anytime minutes each month and they are going into roll over minutes each month. Your roll-over moments determined to nearly 7000 moments and so I desired to make the most of them before they end and besides, we clearly don’t need 1400 per month anyhow. I had been informed by ‘Marina Shaw’ the revenue boss that after you alter your calling plan-you shed all your roll-over moments. WHAT?!?! I taken care of these moments, I gained them however, you suggest to inform me that you’re likely to tear me down easily try to utilize them??? Marina decided with all my details but mentioned that it’s within the fine-print of the agreement I closed and there's nothing she may do for me personally. I informed her that I've been a faithful client for eight decades of course if she doesn’t recognize my roll-over moments and return the devotion I'll stop my bill. She wouldn’t recognize my demand and so I did that, I ended my consideration and got my mobile numbers to Verizon.

Beware; they'll not allow you to maintain your roll-over moments should you attempt to decrease your calling program.
