Embarq is dropping a dedicated client. Residential / Small Company / toll free. I've 3 records. Registered them once they were Run. Have experienced main payment difficulties with them going back 2 yrs with my company and toll-free collections. Our Small Company statement arrived in incorrect half the full time. Their endless long-distance calling strategy simply would not 'stay' and that I would get large expenses. And child, did I fear calling in and being informed 'it isn't my division' and being moved in one broker to a different, or being informed to contact another phone #. It was not uncommon that I'd invest one or two hours looking to get it straightened out. But fundamentally, I'd obtain a repetition that might be able to assist. These angels have to be recommended. The repetitions weren't rude, simply unaware. Way too many divisions thatnot function or talk together. As well as their company is conversation! I began to solve this month's bill difference by calling the client support # stated on my statement, when I often do, on May 27th, as my toll free point bill was three times what it 'usually' is. After not having the ability to solve it having a rep called Rich, who attempted to solve it but couldn't due to Embarqis complex pricing applications, a repetition, called Jenny, guaranteed me that the Boss might contact me back. No Boss named, and that I delay the expected trouble I'd need to place myself through before statement arrived due. So here is how this continued July 10th: 1) Named the client support #stated about the expenses -866-369-1863; 2) Repetition explained to contact another # 872-363-7154 ; 3) Stephanie within the Customer Support for small company responded and believed to contact Accounts Receivable at 866-817-6941; 4) Increased in Accounts Receivable stated their division did not manage it and explained to contact Customer Support at 1800-786-6272; 5) This got me to Alyssa in Residential Customer Support who... 6) moved me to Dianna. Dianna was my angel with this issue. She needed care of it by getting a strategy that works. And she informed me that my next statement will be incorrect which I'll need to call-in, again, such that it could be modified towards the new strategy. Dianna is surely an tool towards the organization. Great telephone support, simply awful management and payment. I am buying business that is great on all factors.incidentally, I'venot had any issues with my residential statement. Should be an entirely unique organization.
