Pathetic install problems, poor sound quality, unreliable service, terrible and deceptive customer service, long hold times, misleading information, impossible to resolve disputes, "our supervisors don't take phone calls" policy, cancellation request issues ignored, etc, etc. STAY AWAY from this fraudulent company!
