Being billed for phone service after returning phone in a unopened box

I requested the Vontage Telephone, after purchasing the phone af, he phone had been already delivered. I retured the telephone within the same container that it arrived in (un opened) Vongtage continues to be getting cash from my consideration f9r the final two monts. I've a receite from advantages however they nevertheless proceed to consider cost. I've informed my lender and wes informed they are able to publish for 3 funds in the period I place an end payment.
