Then he proceeded to inform me that I had been the main one being rude attempting to speak over him. Well it exclated from there and that I hung-up on him. I called back a few minutes later and requested to talk to Rachel, the lady questioned who had been calling and that I informed her that I simply had a need to speak with Rachel. Well she set me on-hold. A few minutes later Jesse arrived about the telephone and questioned why I hungup. I mentioned I do want to speak with Rachel. He declined then I stated I do want to keep in touch with you supervisor, he explained he was the manager and so I stated I do want to keep in touch with somebody apart from you. Well there is stop, he ultimately set me on-hold. Then somebody arrived about the telephone. (it seemed like him attempting to desquise his speech.) I mentioned I do want to keep in touch with Rachel, the individual stated this really is Rachel, a I stated no it isn't, plus they explained to stop playing games. I mentioned I am not but this isn't Rachel; they stated I've a chilly. Well I lay there a couple of minutes and he or she ultimately asked me easily would negotiate this or were they likely to need to follow the suit and consider the entire quantity of $475.00 (that we've previously paid $237.50).
