Comcast customer support headache!

I've a significant criticism with Comcast digital speech support. Last month somebody named into them-and impersonated my spouse, offered our house amount, tackle, and had our telephone support disconnected! Which was simple! After that it got US - 5 times to obtain our company restored. This after many calls for their "client advocacy professionals" and escalations.

Next, earlier this Friday, our telephone support strangely ceased receiving incoming calls. We are able to create calls out, nevertheless when calling our quantity callers obtain the renowned "You've attained several that's been disconnected or isn't any longer operating." I had been also informed by another "client advocacy expert" that there is none otherwise I really could talk to beyond her, they do not possess a customer matters hotline (only a PO Box in Tx), and there is no further info she might supply me. She wont provide me her lastname, quantity (understandable I guess), and sometimes even which workplace she calculates of (that is less clear). Her supervisor simply does "administrative things", and her bossis supervisor also simply does "administrative things". She also informed me she'd be pleased to have a disconnect purchase from me.
