You'd genuinely believe that in these difficult financial situations that Comcast Cable could be sensative for their clients, this isn't the situation. To begin with, I had been charged an outlandage price for simple cable. Used to do not obtain my bill, I settled some of the bill and was disconnected with no telephone call or declaration. I named customer support and was informed that Comcast doesn't work-out any fee plans. I went in to the workplace to get a backup of the ost statement and realized that I had been billed 2.00 for talking to a consultant. I had been also informed when I settled utilizing a charge card or check within the phone I'd be billed one more $4.00. I had been informed from the customer support worker to make use of their site. Which is really a total laugh

After 15 years like a faithful Comcast client I'll be spending the total amount due and returning all their gear! Moreover, I'm informing everybody DON'T cope with the corporation! I'll be applying another cable supplier. I'm truly happy that I don't have web or telephone support with Comcast!
