Cingular Wireless and Southwest Credit
Inappropriate, wrong payment!

My loved ones has switched off all Cingular Wireless support for my dead partner since her death. Nevertheless, Cingular, has EXTENDED TO BILL AND TURNED THE INCORRECT BILLILNG to Southwest Credit Corportation plus they suggested that they can continue harassing phone calls along with other efforts at violence to be able to make an effort to obtain cost for providers which my dead partner didn't and canmot use. They've suggested that, simply because they haven't gotten cost by nowadays, they intend to submit a bad, harmful credit history. After I requested Southwest Credit due to their Email address, detailing that I'm a courtroom-licensed "American with Ailments, " they replied that "organization plan limited them from supplying their email address". This doesn't be seemingly legitimate conduct about the section of these workers of Southwest Credit with "Company" to CINGULAR WIRELESS.

I should take steps, equally to safeguard myself and also the property of my dead partner, and also to alter aggressive, low-receptive, terrorizing actions by Southwest Credit with respect to the main organization (Cingular Wireless). What, efficient steps may I try alter the conduct of Southwest Credit / Cingular? I'll contact the Attorneygeneral for that condition by which I reside (Baltimore) and, officially protest to his workplace (Consumer Affairs). I've reported by Email towards the Leader and C.E.O. Of Cingular Wireless: Mr. Stanley T Sikman. I'll request the help of People of our Maryland State Legislature (Home of Delegates Delegate Gene Counihan, Chariman, Methods Committee among others).

How will you assist other Maryland citizens and myself to ensure that we are able to anticipate and need sensitive, efficient change of conduct about the section of businesses like Cingular Wireless and debt collectors with that they deal within the state-of Baltimore?
