Extremely disappointed with Telus

I'm a Mississauga, ON citizen. I had been with Telus to get a half and a year.in April next I bought a telephone from the Telus Mobility Seller in New Market. 30 days later, the telephone began to work up. It had been a Motorola Razr cellphone. Nothing could be heard by me from the hearing audio about the telephone. The telephone was taken by me back again to the Telus flexibility Seller in New Industry (Gorham Stree) plus they explained they have to deliver it because it is just a month and some days old. The telephone was sent by them to some Motorola service-center which delivered the telephone stating that it had been bodily harm. Telus Mobility immediately, explained to ostensibly consider losing and required the loaner back. To repair the telephone. It had been 500 bucks that will be significantly more than the price. I waited and published letter but approached me. I named plus they stated that if it was delivered by me, they may contact.By delivering it again, I established. I approached the Customer safety agency and waited until Mid-July and submitted a criticism. I went to Bell Freedom and ended with Telus and requested a problem to all or any different wireless businesses... All of them stated we'd have simply provided a brand new telephone to you. Our criticism to customer safety visited an extremely useful woman who called Telus Mobility. I obtain a phone soon after providing me a phone with me signing another agreement in trade. Before I visited another instant business I waited 8 weeks after my preliminary letter. I'm currently with Bell. Telus didn't provide me an answer and also the man I talked to stored stating they (TELUS) aren't accountable for their telephones. That individual named not and me to create things worse to correct something. He overlooking my need to stop my support and needed me to signal another agreement. I wouldn't ACTUALLY suggest them to some of my loved ones, buddies, schools or business associates and am ACUTELY disappointed with telus. They're just after never after client relationships and earning money. Their customer support was not so good that I was hung-up on by them.interesting how they usually finish with "we enjoy your company" but never really do. Used to do not harm that telephone that we had for just one month. I investigated online and unearthed that the MOTOROLA RAZR is famous to have the interior flex cable issue (same that I've) but MOTOROLA doesn't wish to consider losing due to their issues with the RAZR when I notice about the information and on dialogue groups.

I don't suggest TELUS FLEXIBILITY to anyone, or I would recommend any MOTOROLA TELEPHONES to anyone. Both of these businesses are just after treatment and your cash not more not or if you should be pleased... Believe me... I WOULD NOT return and am an disappointed prior client of equally

I'm likely to the Industry: CBC underdogs with this specific and aspire to inform the entire nation of my knowledge. When people of individuals abandon JUST simply because they lose income Telus Mobility may care... Not clients
